Join us for Sunrise Yoga, where you can kickstart your morning with a rejuvenating session designed to uplift your spirit and energize your body.
Roxy will guide you through meditation, breathing, and a series of asanas (poses) tailored to enhance your physical strength and mental clarity.
Here's what you can expect from the Sunrise Yoga class:
Meditation Skills: Learn how to quiet the mind, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with your inner self through guided meditation practices.
Breathing Techniques: Explore the power of breath as a tool for relaxation, stress reduction, and enhancing vitality. Discover how conscious breathing can invigorate your body and calm your mind.
Asanas (Poses): Engage in a dynamic sequence of yoga poses aimed at improving flexibility, balance, and strength. From gentle stretches to more challenging postures, you'll move through each pose with mindfulness and intention.
Savasana (Corpse Pose): Conclude your practice with a rest pose known as Savasana, where you'll surrender to relaxation and allow the benefits of your practice to integrate.By the end of the 50-minute session, you'll emerge feeling positive, flexible, alert, and fully prepared to embrace the day ahead.
