Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station Monitor food quality and presentation Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep and inventory as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a high volume kitchen Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure ServSafe certification preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and, willingness to learn Perks & Benefits Weekly pay Meal discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement
