Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and workstations Assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and labeling Help organize and stock ingredients and supplies as directed Ensure dishwashing area meets sanitation and safety standards at all times Support the kitchen team by keeping prep areas tidy and well-stocked Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling protocols Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in dishwashing and food prep Proficient in basic knife handling and food preparation techniques Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols; ServSafe certification strongly preferred Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Positive attitude and, willingness to learn Perks & Benefits Weekly pay Meal discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement
