Wellness Matters: A Community Series (Part II: Exercise, Nutrition & Recreational Wellness)
Join the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), in collaboration with St. Luke's University Health Network, for Wellness Matters - a three-part series designed to explore the many dimensions of health and well-being for our businesses, workforce, and community.
This series brings together trusted healthcare professionals, community partners, and local resources for thoughtful, accessible conversations around what it means to live and work well in Carbon County. Each session will dive into a key pillar of wellness, offering practical insights, tools, and connections that participants can apply in their daily lives, workplaces, and communities.
From preventative care and healthy habits to the broader factors that shape quality of life, Wellness Matters is designed to meet people where they are while supporting a healthier, more informed community.
This series will include:
-
June 23 - Session 1: Preventative Wellness & Healthy Habits
-
September 21 - Session 2: Exercise, Nutrition & Recreational Wellness
-
November 16 - Session 3: Community Wellness
Whether you’re an employer looking to support your team, an individual focused on your own well-being, or a community member invested in a stronger, healthier Carbon County, this series offers something for everyone.
We invite you to join us for one—or all three—sessions as we explore why Wellness Matters.
