Sunday, April 9, from 4 to 9 p.m. At Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse at Camelback Resort, it’s always special to share a robust, gourmet chophouse dinner with family and friends – cozy and comfortable in a rustic A-frame setting with mountain views. This Easter the meal starts with an Iceberg Salad composed of crispy lettuce, bacon lardons, thinly sliced peppadew, scallions, toasted pecans and tomato-ranch dressing. The Main Course options are Oven Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb with potato galette, tomato confit, braised root vegetables and thyme reduction; Pan-Seared Snapper Fillet with spring vegetables, purple potatoes and lemon beurre blanc sauce; NY Strip Steak served with bordelaise sauce, herb roasted fingerlings and grilled asparagus spears; or Wild Exotic Mushroom and Arborio Risotto dressed with truffle oil and pecorino romano. The Dessert is a lovely Double Chocolate Loaf Cake accompanied by vanilla gelato, mixed berries and fresh mint. $75 per adult guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
