This Easter the meal starts with an Iceberg Salad composed of crispy lettuce\, bacon lardons\, thinly sliced peppadew\, scallions\, toasted pecans and tomato-ranch dressing. The Main Course options are Oven Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb with potato galette\, tomato confit\, braised root vegetables and thyme reduction\; Pan-Seared Snapper Fillet with spring vegetables\, purple potatoes and lemon beurre blanc sauce\; NY Strip Steak served with bordelaise sauce\, herb roasted fingerlings and grilled asparagus spears\; or Wild Exotic Mushroom and Arborio Risotto dressed with truffle oil and pecorino romano. The Dessert is a lovely Double Chocolate Loaf Cake accompanied by vanilla gelato\, mixed berries and fresh mint. $75 per adult guest\, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
