Wildlands Conservancy – Get Out! For Wellness: Pulpit Rock
Pulpit Rock is considered to have some of the best views along the Appalachian Trail. We’ll hike on a small section of the famous “AT” as we gain 902 feet elevation over 3 miles on the well-marked trail. Moderate to challenging. We’ll begin by walking beside the reservoir and along a babbling stream. Wear sturdy, comfortable hiking footwear. Bring hiking poles. Wildlands will provide some for your use also. Dress in layers appropriate for the weather. Dogs on leash are welcome. Portable toilet is at the parking area. This walk is part of the Get Out For Wellness series, in partnership with Lehigh Valley Health Network.
