Wildlands Conservancy: Get Out! for Wellness: Nor-Bath Trail @ Bicentennial Park
Take a walk on this historic rails-to-trails, formerly the Northampton-Bath Railroad Line. The entire Nor-Bath Trail is 10.4 miles but we’ll be walking out and back for a total of 3 or 4 miles. This section is with a packed gravel surface. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for walking, biking, and cross-country skiing. The trail crosses through the Allentown Farm State Hospital National Historic District Eligible site. This hike is appropriate for all ages. Dogs must be on a six-foot leash. Wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing in layers for the weather. There are portable bathrooms at Bicentennial Park. This walk is part of the Get Out! for Wellness series and if offered free of charge thanks to funding from Lehigh Valley Health Network.
