Wildlands Conservancy: Bird Walk and Avian Research at Tott’s Gap
Totts Gap has some of the best remaining Grassland Habitat in Northampton County, and hosts declining breeding species like American Kestrel, Bobolink and Eastern Meadowlark that breed in very few other places locally. We will take a bird walk through multiple habitat types, view an Osprey nest, discuss the grassland restoration work being done, and observe a bird banding demonstration.
