For those family and friends who want to enjoy a delicious, traditional Thanksgiving repast home-side in a comfortable, cozy setting with just each other, Blue Mountain Resort’s To-Go Thanksgiving dinner fits the bill. The complete Turkey Dinner is prepared by Slopeside Pub & Grill’s culinary crew, picked up at the Summit Lodge in Palmerton, PA and heated at home. The menu includes Turkey and Gravy, Rolls and Maple Butter, Cranberry Sauce, Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Marshmallow Candied Sweet Potatoes, French Bread Stuffing, Choice of Green Bean Casserole, Maple Glazed Carrots or Garlic Bacon Brussels Sprouts, Dutch Apple Pie and Pumpkin Roll. Additional Sides ($15 each) and Desserts ($20 each) are available with the purchase of a Thanksgiving To-Go Package. Thanksgiving To-Go dinner from Blue Mountain Resort is $175 and feeds four to six people.
