Restorative Yoga Workshop

Join us for a Restorative Yoga Workshop with Zen with Zegley. Melissa will lead you through ninety minutes of restorative yoga followed by thirty minutes in Savasana with Tibetan Singing Bowls played by Jim.

This workshop is presented in a nurturing calming environment that uses supported restorative yoga poses and transforming singing bowls which help the brain to go into a deep meditative and peaceful state.
