There are more than 3,300 short-term rental listings in Northeastern Pennsylvania alone.
Using sites like Airbnb, VRBO, Tentrr and more can be an effective way to grow your existing vacation rental business - or can be an opportunity for those who haven't dabbled in the industry yet to earn additional income from the property that they already own.
Join Ellen Matis, of Hello Social Co., to learn more about these sites, the differences between them, and how to effectively market them to boost rentals. As more short-term rentals become available and marketed to the world, the entire tourism economy of our region can grow and thrive.
This workshop is hosted by the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor's Trail Towns program and funded in part by the Appalachian Regional Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and Sordoni Foundation.
We offer this workshop free of charge to residents, businesses, and property owners in Northeastern Pennsylvania's Carbon and Luzerne Counties, as well as D&L Trail Friendly Businesses. We welcome other attendees for a suggested donation of $15.
