2018 Dinner on the Canal: Locks and Locomotives
Locks and Locomotives Saturday, August 25, 2018 ALL ABOARD! In honor of the National Canal Museum’s special exhibition, “Powering America: Pennsylvania’s Anthracite Railroads”, we are focusing on the iron horses that replaced canals to transport goods and people. Dave Matsinko will perform traditional folk music from the railroad era. Culinary Experts will serve a dinner inspired by the dining car menus of the Lehigh Valley Railroad. We may even experience a train passing once or twice during the cruise. This 2 1/2 hour cruise includes a lock experience. BYOB wine and beer.
