Shaping the Future of Business: Virtual Launch Meeting

The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation and the Pocono Counties Workforce Development Board are partnering to host a virtual dialogue with local employers to better understand your challenges and identify ways to support you.

Businesses now have a chance to efficiently share what they're experiencing day-to-day. What are your hiring needs? What are your workers' skills gaps? What is in the way of your current or future business success? Our goal is simple: to listen, learn, and use real feedback to create better service programs for your business operations, talent needs and success. 

Your voice will help us build better training, apprenticeship and internship opportunities and more. We want to learn more about your business needs and work collaboratively to design smart solutions. We also want your businesses to more easily attract, retain, and grow talent. Programs serving you better will make our region stronger.
