Join us for a calming, hands-on evening designed to help you feel more relaxed, more centered, and more connected to your own breath — the original tool for nervous system balance.
This event is part informational session, part experiential practice. You'll learn the why behind breathwork — how it supports your stress levels, sleep, and emotional health — and gently try out a few techniques yourself in a supportive, low-pressure space.

These practices are gentle, accessible, and can be used anytime — at your desk, before sleep, or during life’s overwhelming moments.

Optional: Bio-Well Energy Scan
Curious how your body responds to breath? We’ll offer optional Bio-Well hand scans before and after breathwork, showing shifts in your stress and energy levels. It’s a non-invasive way to “see” what your body already knows.
