Blue Mountain Resort’s Slopeside Pub & Grill’s Easter Dinner Buffet

Sunday, April 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. Slopeside Pub & Grill’s Easter Dinner Buffet with scenic spring views of the Poconos is a delicious way to celebrate the holiday. To start with Appetizers are Peel and Eat Shrimp with lemon and cocktail sauce, Smoked Salmon, House and Caesar Salads and a luscious Fruit Display. Favorite Easter entrees of Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey and Country Ham will be featured at the Carving Station. Cheesy Cauliflower, Mixed Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Red Potatoes, Whipped Garlic Potatoes and Pasta, as well as Pecan Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Marsala will please diners. Kid’s favorites are Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese, Penne Marinara and French Fries.
