2016 St. Luke's Care Now - West Penn Community Open House

Join the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation on Saturday, November 12th at the ribbon cutting celebration at St. Luke’s new walk-in center, St. Luke’s Care Now. Meet the St. Luke’s Care Now  team, get a complimentary cholesterol and gait/walking screening, receive a FREE St. Luke’s blue gel ice pack, all while enjoying light refreshments! St. Luke’s Care Now – West Penn walk-in center will officially be open to the public on November 14^th, 2016.

St. Luke’s Care Now offers fast, convenient care for minor illnesses and injuries when your primary care doctor can’t see you immediately. This facility is a walk-in care center; no appointment is ever needed. A St. Luke’s provider is always available, along with lab and X-ray services available onsite. Outpatient Physical Therapy services are offered and available by appointment. Occupational medicine services are also available to employers. For more serious or life threatening conditions, like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or a severe injury please call 911 or visit your closest emergency room.

St. Luke’s Care Now is a better choice than an ER visit for medical needs that are not life threatening. No appointment is ever needed and care is provided at a lower cost than an ER visit. Care is always provided for acute illnesses including the common cold, fever and flu-like symptoms, sinus infections, bronchitis and other acute ailments. Patients will also receive care for sprains, strains, broken bones, dislocations, cuts, minor burns and animal bites. Just walk in to the location nearest you. St. Luke’s Care Now offers extended hours, making this an ideal choice for fast medical care when your personal physician can't see you immediately.
