2016 Conversations on the Canal Dinner Cruise – History of Bethlehem Steel
Saturday, Aug. 13: 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. National Canal Museum archivist, Martha Capwell Fox, will tell the story of Bethlehem Steel from its beginnings in the 1860s to its demise in the last quarter of the 20th century. Ethnic music and ethnic food from Culinary Experts of Allentown will accompany a very enlightening talk about the Lehigh Valley’s former steel titan. This cruise will include a ride to Lock 47.
