Introduce your little ones to the joy of yoga! Our Children’s Yoga classes are designed to promote movement, mindfulness, and relaxation in a fun, engaging environment. Classes are tailored to each age group, with all skill levels welcome. Activities may include singing, storytelling, games, breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga poses.
