The Carbon County Art League will be hosting an art show and sale at CCEDC! While you are enjoying the art, we want you to also indulge in wine & chocolate tastings - Chocolate from After Dinner Delights!

Jillian Stone, is managing member of Stone Mountain Solutions, LLC which provides Web and Graphic Design solutions for businesses of all types and sizes. Being immersed in technology as a career, Jillian wanted to do something that brought more balance to her life and lives of others. As a result, she has expanded her business through her new venture, After Dinner Delights.
After Dinners Delights, a division of Stone Mountain Solutions, LLC provides organic and fair trade chocolate, coffee, teas and other natural products from countries all over the world through local importer Lehigh Products. Her goal is to make bringing people together over the dinner table not only delicious but healthy.
Jillian graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science Technology and worked for 20 years in the hospitality industry as a food service manager for independent living retirement communities. While working full time, she went back to school, earned her M.B.A. in 2006 and set out to begin a new career as an entrepreneur in 2010 doing what she does best...being creative.
Jillian now integrates her design talents both in the business world and in hospitality and offers corporate gift baskets created with the products she offers as the owner of After Dinner Delights.
Jillian's main reason for starting After Dinner Delights was to encourage families and friends to unplug from technology for awhile and connect in person. She sees the art of hospitality being lost to online games and connecting through social media.
Jillian also teaches business at Lehigh Carbon Community College where she encourages her students to seriously consider entrepreneurship as a tool in their toolbox just in case there comes a time when they want or need to take their careers into their own hands.
Jillian is a member of the Carbon Chamber and Economic Development Center and Business Networking International and is a contributing writer for the Lehigh Valley Women's Journal.
