2016 Laughing for Change Comedy Spectacular

Laughing for Change Comedy Spectacular hosted by Stonekeep Meadery and Wine Cellars This is a very special show. We believe that laughter has a healing aspect. We should take time to slow down, look around us, and laugh at some of the absurdities in ourselves and our lives. This will be our first time hosting this kind of show and we hope to make this an annual thing. The purpose of this show is to raise money for charity. All proceeds from this show will be donated to Turn To Us Inc in Jim Thorpe. They are a chairty designed to fill in the holes that other charity services can't always cover. Where: Mauch Chunk Ballroom at 41 W Broadway, 2nd Floor, Jim Thorpe, PA http://mauchchunkballroom.com/ Parking: Street (Meters are free after 5pm), Parking Lot by the Train Station (also free past 5pm) Cost: $20 Tickets. If we don't pick up the phone, please leave a message with a phone number and we will call you back to process your tickets. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE since this is going to charity. There is a limited number of seats. If they are not sold out prior to the show, tickets will be sold at the door for $20 per person. This is a show for ADULTS only. Please leave your children at home. There will be wine, mead, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase at the event along with some light snacks. Our Headliner is Chris Smith. He has his own DVD from his "Outside the Box" Tour and has toured the west coast with his very successful "No Risk Comedy Tour." You can usually find him performing around Philadelphia, but that didn't stop him from debuting in Manhattan at the Metropolitan Room this past year.
