First Course:
Citrus Gravlax, Mozzarella bocconcini balls and a cherry tomato skewer

Second Course:
Wooden board Pate de Campagne served with Cornichons, rend onion over crostini.
Paired with: Stone Cellar Zweigelt
Third Course:
Petite tenderloin with a three peppercorn cognac sauce, herb roasted red bliss potatoes, sauteed arugula and tomato.
Paired with: Stone Cellar Chambourcin
Fourth Course:
Fresh hand-cut salad with cherry tomatoes and blueberry balsamic vinaigrette.
Paired with: Semi-dry Riesling
Fifth Course:
Chocolate Torte with raspberry sauce and strawberries.
