Home Based Direct Care Provider

Human Resources Center, Inc. (HRC) is seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Home-Based Direct Care Service Providers to provide Home and Community Habilitation, Temp Respite, and Transportation services to individuals in Wayne, Pike Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna and Susquehanna counties. The provider will assist the individual with developing healthy habits and social skills in the comfort of their home. Experience with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis is strongly preferred.
There are several positions open with varying hours; part time and full time.Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Consent to and satisfactorily pass pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and physical exam..
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
