The Wilkes University Small Business Development Center offers education and no-cost consulting services to entrepreneurs, small business owners or anyone interested in starting a business.
The program will cover:

Lucy Singer is the Business Consultant for the Wilkes University SBDC and she holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Misericordia University. Prior to joining the SBDC, she was an Assistant Vice President for 17 years in the Retail Banking Division of FNCB Bank.
