On Thursday, April 29th at 11am, join Congresswoman Susan Wild (PA 07), statewide Pennsylvania environmental groups, and other PA leaders for a lunchtime chat to discuss President Biden’s upcoming Joint Address, what it will mean for Pennsylvania’s environment and climate, and what we’d like to see Congress do this session to protect our environment and tackle the climate crisis. The day before our event, President Joe Biden will address lawmakers in a joint session of Congress, delivering his first remarks to both chambers nearly 100 days after taking office. He will share his vision for addressing the challenges and opportunities of this historic moment--addressing both the response to the coronavirus pandemic as well as opportunities around infrastructure. So join us to debrief the Joint Address, hear from Rep. Wild, and learn what you can do to help push for federal action on climate. The event is free and open to all, so RSVP today and we’ll see you on Zoom on Thursday at 11! https://pennenvironment.webaction.org/p/salsa/event/common/public/?event_KEY=1120
