2018 Dinner on the Canal: Caribbean Connections
Caribbean Connections Saturday, August 11, 2018 What is the Caribbean connection on the Lehigh Canal? All along the canals, the sound of conch shell horns announced the arrival of canal boats at locks. We will be entertained by a different sound of the Caribbean – Steel pan master Anthony “Cannon” Hernandez. His performance will be accompanied by tastes of the islands by Culinary Experts. This 2 1/2 hour cruise includes a lock experience. BYOB wine and beer. Dinner Cruises not suitable for children under the age of 10.
