Join the Mahoning Drive-In Theater and Exhumed Films on October 9th and 10th as we pay tribute to Wes Craven (1939-2015), the creator of Freddy Krueger and the SCREAM franchise. On Friday, Oct. 9th, we'll have a double feature of the original NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (1984), the film that introduced the world to Freddy Krueger, followed by the notoriously nasty drive-in classic LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (1972), one of the films that defined the savage cinema of the '70's! On Saturday, Oct. 10th, it's THE HILLS HAVE EYES (1977), a raw, frightening, essential horror favorite, and it's rarely screened sequel, THE HILLS HAVE EYES PART 2 (1986). Beware marauding savage mutant families if you plan on camping out for this one! The features on both nights will be preceded by a collection of Wes Craven movie trailers spanning his entire career.
