Sugar and Cancer: What?s the Connection? This workshop explores the research behind high blood sugar levels, high insulin levels and the risk for some types of cancer. It will help you consider the kinds and amounts of sugars/sugar substitutes you might want in your diet. We?ll have some samples of natural sugar substitutes to try.
