DESCRIPTION:Migration is in full swing\, and what's a better way to start a Sunday morning off than with all things birds? Join us for a guided bird walk and an interactive bird banding demonstration. We'll head out on the trails of Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary to look for the seasonally changing cast of avian characters. A bird banding demonstration will also be conducted opportunistically as conditions allow\, granting participants a rare up-close look at research being done on bird populations at our preserve. All birding skill levels are welcome! This program is outdoors\, so dress for the weather.
