He established Sherwood Management Group in 2004 sharing his wealth of knowledge in Operational Risk Management with others. Mike previously directed the Self Employment Program through CareerLink and guided dozens of individuals to become prosperous businesses.\n\n \n\nIn 2007\, enTrust Payment Systems was acquired and is organized as an operating unit of Sherwood Management Group. Mike and his companies have received awards for Excellence in Business and others for Leadership and Service. Many more people will know Mike through his involvement with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber. He was a long-time director and Chair of the Small Business Council until 2022\, but he continues to serve the Chamber's Board of Governors. Mike is the incoming Chair of the Board at LANta\, the regional Transit Authority and is a member of the executive committee of USA Hockey's Affiliate. \n\n \n\nMike holds a bachelor's degree in Statistical Economics from Buffalo State University and possesses industry certifications in his field. Mike and his wife Judy\, originally from Buffalo\, reside in Bethlehem.
