SUMMARY:Female Veterans: Empowered & Thriving Panel Luncheon (presented by Women in Business)
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join us for our monthly networking luncheon featuring a panel of Female Veterans from across the greater Carbon County region!\n\nWe will celebrate their service as four female veterans share their experiences and opinions with us of their time in service and what came after.   Our hope is that we spark a conversation about women veterans with civilian women in the community and that these conversations bring about more opportunities to support the demographic. The women will discuss a variety of topics\, including military progress on integrating women into previously closed combat arms jobs and units\; how women's experiences reintegrating into civilian life after service may differ from men's\; and the ways in which being a woman veteran influences career and entrepreneurship.\n\nPanelists include: Christine LeClair\, US Army\, retired / Director at Carbon County Veterans Affairs\n\nHave a question or topic idea?  Submit it via email to be included in the event.\n\n\n\nNetworking from 11 am - 12 pm\n\nPanel Discussion\, Q&A: 12 - 1 pm\n\nLunch will be served \n\n\n\nALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS EVENT\, INCLUDING MEN!\n\n\n\nWe will also have a 50/50 raffle - $2 per ticket\, or 3 for $5 \n\nWIN A CHANCE TO PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS - bring an extra business card to enter to win 5 minutes podium time at our January event!\n\nTake the opportunity to connect with other female leaders in our community.
