Originally from Palmerton\, Minnich started his career at Bert's as a dishwasher and short-order cook in the late 1960s under the late Bert Csensits\, who founded the restaurant in 1957. After spending many years in the restaurant industry\, Minnich is proud to return to Bert's and open its newest chapter under his ownership. \n\n\n\nThe event will take place on Thursday\, February 20 from 2-3 PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks promptly at 2:30 PM. This event is free and open to the public. Lunch reservations are suggested - stay and enjoy their great menu and hospitality!
