Walk-in Tickets\, if available\, will be $45 per person each.\n\nJoin the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation for the 2025 Administrative Professionals Luncheon on Wednesday\, April 23 from 11:30 AM - 1 PM at the Palmerton Pub and Steakhouse. \n\nAdministrative Professionals Day is widely observed in many workplaces across the United States to show appreciation of the work carried out by administrative professionals and to highlight their importance to their organizations. This event celebrates the hard work of our county's administrative staff and all they do to ensure the success of our business community! \n\nTreat your staff\, your colleagues or yourself to a relaxing lunch featuring live music from Cass Noelle\, networking and giveaways! \n\n\n\n---\n\nUpon registering\, you will be required to select your lunch item! Here is a description of the delicious menu planned for our day! \n\n\n	Chicken Caesar Salad: Grilled chicken breast served over a Caesar Salad with parmesan and croutons. \n	Turkey Rachel Panini: Sliced turkey breast\, Swiss cheese and coleslaw on a grilled panini\, served with 1000 Island Dressing.\n	Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich: Slow roasted pulled pork in Palmerton Pub's house Carolina BBQ Sauce\, served on a brioche roll with house slaw\n	Marguerita Flatbread Pizza: Flatbread served with red sauce\, fresh mozzarella and basil
