The vaccination clinic will be held at Weatherly Area Middle School: 602 Sixth Street\, Weatherly\, PA 18255 and is open to anyone 12 years of age and older. Please enter through the middle school gymnasium doors - signage will be posted at the appropriate entrance as well.\n\n\n\nPlease bring a completed consent for vaccination and review the Emergency Use Authorization form prior to vaccination.
