DESCRIPTION:PALMERTON SCARECROW TIME 2019\n\nFRIGHT TIME AGAIN \n\n\n\nOctober 2019 will be the 9th year of the Palmerton community decorating with scarecrows. Banks\, schools\, restaurants\, doctors offices\, private residences\, and many other businesses have participated in the past. This wonderful display helps attract visitors to view the autumn creativity of the Borough Of Palmerton. \n\n\n\nStarting October 1st\, kindly display a scarecrow in front of your building or in your storefront window for the entire month. Be creative\, and let your scarecrow showcase your business. For residential display\, an ideal location is the front of your home.Please note\, this is not a contest!\n\n\n\nIf a stand is needed\, Contact Brian Billig at Palmerton Lumber Company to make arrangements.
