DESCRIPTION:Join the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) and the Carbon County Art League for a Fall Art Show & Open Mic on Thursday\, October 24\, 2019 from 5:00pm  7:00pm at the CCEDC Office in Lehighton.\n\n\n\nJoin us for a fun evening of art and music appreciation! Gifted artists from the Carbon County Art League will have their beautiful artwork on display\, which will also be available for purchase. Come meet John Thorpe\, Jim Thorpe's grandson and an accomplished voiceover artist and professional D.J.\, who has recently moved to Jim Thorpe. Also\, enjoy networking\, light refreshments as well as the talents of local vocalists\, musicians and poets at Open Mic.\n\n\n\nThose who wish to participate in the Open Mic\, please contact Alice Wanamaker at the CCEDC at 484-274-2080 or alicew@carboncountychamber.org.\n\n\n\nThe mission of the Carbon County Art League is to support and nurture working visual artists\, as well as to promote the appreciation of these arts\, art education\, and the historical value of these arts to the community.
