DESCRIPTION:Whiskey was a popular cargo on board canal boats on the Lehigh & Delaware Canals. We are reviving this tradition with a Whiskey Tasting Cruise with McCarthy's Red Stag Pub. Janet Vitalos of McCarthy's will lead us through a fun and informative evening while we try five different whiskeys from our region. Each distinctive whiskey will be paired with a delicious and complementary course prepared by Culinary Experts. For non-whiskey drinkers\, wine will be provided. Whiskey Selection Dad's Hat Rye Vermouth\, Bristol\, PA 8 Oaks Applejack in Bourbon cocktail\, New Tripoli\, PA 8 Oaks Bourbon in Pinot Cask\, New Tripoli\, PA New Liberty Fortunato's Fate\, Philadelphia\, PA Triple Sun Sunday Morning "Stouted" Whiskey\, Emmaus\, PA Guests must be 21 or older. This will be a 2 1/2 hour cruise with lift-lock experience. Seating limited to 60.
