DESCRIPTION:Please Join us for the 3rd Meeting of the new Health & Wellness Committee\n\nThis meeting is open to the public\n\n\n\nThe Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corp is seeking volunteers who are interested in being part of a new wellness committee in Carbon County. The goal is to promote and support the wellness community\, businesses and organizations by promoting health and wellness of members and their employees through education and initiatives. The committee will explore promoting healthy workplace programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for employees\, both physically and mentally. They will assist businesses in creating and maintaining a culture of physical and mental health that can benefit employees\, employers and the larger community. \n\n"It is clear that these initiatives help employees adopt healthy work-life habits" said Alice Wanamaker\, CCEDC Assistant VP\, "healthy employees are more productive at work\, happy in their lives and are assets to their companies."\n\nThe committee is also looking at hosting an annual wellness expo. \n\n\n\nNot sure if you should attend?
