DESCRIPTION:PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services\, Inc. (PHOENIX) will host a community blood drive in conjunction with the Miller-Keystone Blood Center on Wednesday\, May 23rd from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the PHOENIX outpatient physical therapy office located at 1022 Blakeslee Blvd. Dr. E in Lehighton. All eligible community members are asked to consider donating with the goal of keeping the area's blood supply at an optimum level. To be eligible to give blood\, donors must be at least 17 years of age\, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be in general good health. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. If you are uncertain about whether or not you can donate\, a Blood Center professional can help you determine eligibility. For more information and to schedule your donation appointment\, please call PHOENIX at (610) 377-5845. Walk-ins are also welcome\, and refreshments will be provided.
