DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Veterans' Expo on Saturday\, June 11. Our event will kick off with a 5K walk/run organized by the Keystone Warriors. We will be offering resume-writing assistance for veterans\, and many vendors will be on site. This is a free event and all are welcome to attend. \n\n\n\nJoin our #22pushups for #rep122vetexpo challenge! This challenge will start on May 21\, and will end on June 11 at our Veterans Expo\; we would like for everyone who\n\nparticipates in this challenge to join us at the Upper Park in Lehighton at noon to do their final 22 push-ups and\n\nthank our veterans for their service.\n\n\n\nThis challenge is to honor those who served and to raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention through\n\neducation and empowerment. Every pushup counts\,so don't be shy to show your support. \n\n\n\nThe pushups can be done with knee support\, incline on desk/wall\, or if you physically are unable to do any\, we'll even take air pushups. Please accept the challenge and take a video or photo and use social media to spread the word and get as many people involved as possible. In the beginning of your video\, make an introduction stating:\n\n  Your name (and name of any organization that you may want to represent- make a team)\n\n  Why are you pushing? OR Who are you are pushing for?\n\n\n\nThings you can do:\n\n  Do the pushups by yourself.\n\n  Get a group together to do the pushups\; Companies\, sports teams\, schools\, etc.\n\n  Be creative\; Use unique settings\, styles\, props\, etc. Include whatever or whomever you want.\n\n  Post as many videos as frequently as you'd like\, as long as they are not duplicates and you follow the same rules/guidelines for each.\n\nAdd these two hashtags into your "public" post on Facebook /Twitter/Instagram/ or in the video\n\ntitle on YouTube.\n\n  If you did 22 pushups it would be entered: #22pushups for #rep122vetexpo\n\n  If you had a group of 10 people that did 22 each: #220pushups for #rep122vetexpo\n\n*Make sure you set your post to a "public" setting so that our counter can pick it up!
