DESCRIPTION:St. Luke's Miners Campus is partnering with Turn To Us again for ROW RUN RIDE - TEAMS! Grab your coworkers\, family\, and friends to put together a team of 3 to compete! Challenge rival schools\, businesses\, or departments in your company. Pick a team name and come dressed in your favorite workout gear or costumes. Be creative - have FUN! Just decide before hand who will row\, who will ride\, and who will run. Music blasting\, people cheering\, and us counting you down to push you to your limits. Top three teams who travel the farthest distance in 10 minutes will receive medals and bragging rights! Top male and female on the bike\, rowing machine\, and treadmill will also receive a medal. We will compile subgroups based on teams who want to challenge each other. For example\, if a team of St. Luke's nurses wanted to take on a team of St. Luke's doctors\, we will compare their mileage and announce the winner. Stick around to cheer on other teams or come back for the award ceremony at 5:15pm. Team of 3 $50 or Individual $20. Register for a time slot or show up day of at 12:30. Pay by credit card or day of by check or cash. Can't get a team together? Sign up as an individual and we will pair you up
