Prior to joining Blue Mountain in May of 2007 as President\, Ms Green as Chief Financial Officer of Gestalt\, LLC was an owner and key member of the management team that grew the company that started in September\, 2001 to a $50 million system integration consulting company for the energy and defense industry.   The company was sold to Accenture at the end of 2007.   Between 1998 and 2001\, Ms Green was the Director of Sales Operations for Breakaway Solutions a full service Internet provider with offices throughout the United States.  Her experience in the ski industry occurred between 1993 and 1998 where she served as controller for Blue Mountain Ski Area focusing on implementation of a new ticketing system.   Prior to joining the ski area\, Ms Green was the controller for seven years at Rouse & Associates\, a billion dollar real estate Company headquartered in Malvern Pennsylvania.   Ms Green participated in all major management decisions as the company grew from 80 people with 3 regional offices and 70 partnerships to over 250 people with 12 regional offices and over 200 partnerships.  After graduating from Lehigh University in 1979\, Ms Green joined Ernst & Young\, an international CPA firm\, where she supervised audits on manufacturing\, construction\, health care and insurance clients.\n\n\n\nPaul Fogal\, owner of Pocono Whitewater\, Pocono Biking\, and Skirmish Paintball has been instrumental in providing outdoor recreational experiences to guests in the Tri-State area. Paul\, his brother and his father started the businesses over 40 years ago.\n\nToday\, they attract hundreds of thousands of tourists to Jim Thorpe and the Pocono region. Paul and his family have also run successful whitewater rafting operations on the Hudson & Moose Rivers in Upstate New York\, the Cheat & Gauley Rivers in West Virginia and the Rouge River in Quebec\, Canada. Paul is also a mentor and pioneer in the paintball industry. Back in 1984\, he opened one of the first paintball fields in the country\, Skirmish Paintball\, which has grown considerably over the years and is recognized as the oldest\, largest and most successful paintball facility in the world. In addition\, Paul is an avid cyclist\; therefore\, it was only natural to incorporate biking into the family business.\nPaul Fogal is a quality of life enhancer and economic catalyst. In addition to being hands-on at Pocono Whitewater\, Pocono Biking and Skirmish\, Paul is an active member of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development\, Pocono Mountain Visitors Bureau\, Jim Thorpe Chamber of Commerce\, and former board chair for the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.\n\n\n\nElissa Garofalo - Elissa's leadership at the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor brought about a merger with the National Canal Museum and a new model for non-profit management. During her tenure at the D&L\, 88% of the 165-mile D&L Trail has been connected\; the "Get Your Tail on the Trail" wellness initiative - in partnership with St. Luke's University Health Network   received national recognition\; the "Tales of the Towpath" educational curriculum has been expanded to 82 elementary schools\; 7200 students have participated in related field trips\; and the Lehigh Valley Greenways Conservation Landscape program has become a model conservation landscape program in Pennsylvania.\n\nGarofalo developed two regional revitalization programs and directed the update of the Corridor's Management Action Plan. She is a steering committee member of the Circuit Trail Network\, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Alliance of National Heritage Areas and a ToP  Facilitator.  \n\nBefore coming to the D&L\, Elissa was a small business owner and one of America's first Main Street Managers. She pioneered efforts leading to Jim Thorpe's main street being named a Great Place of America by the American Planning Association. She holds a B.S. in Urban & Regional Planning from the Pennsylvania State University.  \n\n\n\n\n\nMeet our moderator - Dan Snyder.\n\nDan Snyder joined TV-13 in the spring of 2012 as a part-timer with the sports crew before officially joining the news team in June of 2014. A native of Lehighton\, you may have seen Dan covering some local high school football and basketball games for the station.\n\nDan served as the sports director at Magic 105.5 WMGH where he hosted a daily sports-talk show entitled "Snyder on Sports". Previously\, Dan was a Featured Columnist covering the Pittsburgh Steelers for the online site\, The Bleacher Report.\n\nA Temple University graduate\, Dan interned at 97.5 the Fanatic andOwlScoop.com amongst others during his time in Philadelphia.\n\nOutside of the station\, you can find Dan at the gym or just hanging out with friends. Either way\, he loves to be outside and loves to be social. But Sunday's are reserved for football and his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers!
