DESCRIPTION:Women in Business Lunch Program\n\nFeaturing a Representative from Family Promise of Carbon County \n\nCCEDC Presents the 1st program in our Community Connection series.  Join us as we hear from Elizabeth Sheek & Pam Fludgate from Family Promise of Carbon County\, learn how you can help!\n\n\n\nFamily Promise is a nonprofit 501 (3) and nondenominational organization serving homeless families in the county. They utilize existing resources to form a network of 13+ congregations who are willing to house homeless families in their buildings.\n\n\n\nThe Mission of Family Promise of Carbon County is to provide temporary shelter\, meals\, and fellowship in order to meet the basic needs of families without permanent housing in Carbon County. Families are educated\, encouraged\, and empowered to become self-sufficient by support from the Faith Community and other local community resources.\n\n\n\nElizabeth Sheek is interim director at Family Promise. Along with Board President Pam Fludgate\, she will share the impact Family Promise has in our community & how you can help.\n\n\n\nRegister today!
