She describes it as a multi-sensory experience. Ahner says\, "Most people comment on the smell first - it's a combination of everything we use\; essential oils\, scrubs\, amazing hair products\, lotions\, etc. Then they enjoy the separateness from the outside world - coming down into the basement of this amazing old silk mill built to stand the test of time. It's like a spa bunker! It's quiet and relaxing with large comfortable rooms decorated with a zen style (minimal to not clutter the mind). The relaxing music is the same throughout the space\, so as a client moves from service to service there is continuity. We touch on all senses to help bring the awareness back to self. In the world we live in today\, we rarely take that time to pause and connect with ourselves and what we are experiencing. It's nice to have a place to go to that gives us that opportunity." \n\n \n\nThe Seventh Moon Wellness Spa currently offers yoga\, fitness\, essential oil classes and workshops\, such as vision boarding. The spa will continue to add on to the offerings by adding meditation\, kung fu and so much more. Ahner is excited to have new space and wants to fill it with a variety of classes and workshops.
