DESCRIPTION:This is the most intense trip we offer! If you are ready for a real challenge\, this is the adventure for you. You will bike & hike the Appalachian Trail section of the D & L Trail. This hike is no joke\, you will climb 2000 feet up for 7 miles (that's about 4.5 hours of hiking!). You will be with us for about 7 to 8 hours total.
