2018 SAD, Winter Blues & Depression
Holidays can be so joyful—full of celebration, beautiful décor, reunions with family and friends, and the delicious variety of foods and gift-giving that comes along with them. However, when they’re over, depression can set in. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), is a kind of depression that tends to occur (and recur) as the hours of daylight grow shorter during the fall and winter months.
