2017 Carbon County Cabbage Festival Meeting
Planning for the first every Cabbage Festival is underway! Join us as we share the details of the first ever Carbon County Cabbage Festival! Meet the committee and hear more details about the event. Guests will also be able to sign-up to be a vendor, volunteer and sponsor!

Located in Eurana Park, Weatherly PA
- Volunteers are needed for set up, break down, as well as throughout the day at different stations.
- Set-Up Time is 10:00 AM to 11:30 A.M. Event ends at 6:00 PM, no items may be moved until 6 pm at which time break down and clean up will begin.
- The event is rain or shine
- If a volunteer is not able to attend the event please contact Alice by October 7, 2017.

You will receive an email confirmation of your volunteer availability; approximately seven days before the event, you will receive all pertinent information for the Festival, including your assignment and shift.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendor spaces are 10x 10’. If you require a larger area, you must reserve extra space(s). Canopies must be kept within space allowed.
- Set-Up Time is 10:00 AM to 11:30 A.M. Unload and move your vehicle before setting up.
- Event ends at 6:00 PM, no items may be moved until 6 pm.
- Damage or loss is the vendor’s responsibility and not the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Center, The Borough of Weatherly or the Cabbage Festival Committee.
- If a vendor is not able to attend the event please contact Alice by October 7, 2017.

***The enclosed application, Chamber Vendor Liability Agreement, Borough of Weatherly Vendor’s Insurance and Indemnification Agreement, Borough of Weatherly Transient Retail Business License must be completed and returned with full payment and insurance forms, COI Accord 25 listing Borough of Weatherly and Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation as certificate holders for acceptance (sorry, no refunds). Include a copy of any of the following; Special Event Insurance or Homeowner’s Rider Policy.
